Benjamin Hennequart is a third year student (Master 2 equivalent) at the graduate engineering school ENSCBP (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie, Biologie et Physique) in Bordeaux, France, and with graduate in December 2020 with the specialization “Energy storage and conversion”. In Sepetember 2020, he joined CIC energiGUNE as an intern to work on biomass-based Hard and soft carbons as anodes for Na-ion batteries. Previously, Benjamin took part in Prof. Kaveevivitchai’s research group at the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU, Taiwan) in the Chemical Engineering department, in 2018-2019 as an echange student, where he first worked on batteries, and more precisely Prussian blue analogs as cathode materials for Zn-ion batteries. In 2019, he performed a 5 months intership at SAFT (Bordeaux, France) on the study of binders in negative electrodes from industrial Li-ion cells.
