Dat LE THANH graduated as a Bachelor of Chemistry Teacher Education from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE), Viet Nam, during which he worked on zinc oxide catalyst for esterification of rosin. He was working as a science teacher for high school students for one year and then joined the European Master program MESC+ (Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion). After his summer internship at ICGM, Montpellier, France on graphite anode and Prussian Blue Analogues cathode for potassium ion batteries, he was passionate about solid-state chemistry, crystallography and different techniques of characterization. He is currently working on his Master thesis at CIC energiGUNE on the topic of “Towards high voltage Prussian Blue Analogues cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries”.
