Lander Rodríguez Castaño obtained his degree in Chemistry at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in 2021. During the last year of university study, he decided to specialize in Organic Chemistry, and did his Degree´s Thesis on the synthesis of arylketones by oxidative processes. In 2022 he completed the Master in Chemical and Industrial Synthesis, taught by the UPV/EHU, where he did his Master´s thesis on the copper-catalyzed sulfonylation coupling of boronic acids and activated alkenes.
In May 2023, he joined CIC energiGUNE as a laboratory technician in the Cell Design & Manufacturing group.
