How to get to Vitoria-Gateiz?
Closest airport is Bilbao’s airport located 75 kilometers away from Vitoria-Gasteiz. It operates with the principal international Airlines. www.aena.es/en/bilbao.html
Vitoria-Gasteiz’s Train Station is located in the centre of the city and it is connected by train with Madrid, Barcelona, San Sebastian and some other principal cities. www.renfe.com
Vitoria is connected with every national capital. www.vitoria-gasteiz.org/bus
Major rental car companies are established in Bilbao’s airport and Vitoria, such as Avis, Hertz and Europcar, the easiest way to link cities (75 km).

Venue
The meeting will be held at Europa Congress Palace in Vitoria-Gasteiz, at Avenida Gasteiz, 85.
A unique building, an icon of green architecture (a vertical garden covers the façade), in a central location: the Europa Palace Conference Centre is designed to provide a sustainable perspective, maximum comfort and all the advances required for 21st century events.
The bus stop is directly outside the building, the tram stop is opposite and just ten minutes away on foot is the coach station (parking).

Some participants have been contacted by email offering booking of the hotel for the conference. If you are contacted in this way, or even by phone, this is most likely a scam. The hotel booking, plane tickets, transfer must be arranged by participants themselves.
Given the high occupancy of hotels due to the celebration of the Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz 2024 competition on 14th July, you are strongly recommended to make your hotel reservations well in advance.
