POSITION DESCRIPTION:

CIC energiGUNE is looking for an administrative assistant to join the Business Development area and support the project management and administrative management of the area.

Main functions:

  • Monitoring and management of documentation associated with the various public and/or private funding projects.
  • Monitoring and uploading information related to the projects in the database.
  • Support to the people of the area in the administrative management tasks: registration of documentation in portals, preparation of follow-up documents, organization of meetings, etc.
