Plenary Lectures: 

  • Duration: 45 minutes including discussion with the audience.  
  • Format: you are expected to give some context and background in a pedagogical way (10-15min) and then present your own work in the related topic (20-25min) and leave some space for questions (5-10 minutes) 

Keynote Lectures: 

  • Duration: 30 minutes, including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time.  
  • Format: a brief introduction with context and background is expected (5-8 minutes), but the talk must be mostly dedicated to your own work.  

Invited Lectures: 

  • Duration: 20 minutes, including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time.  

Industrial Oral: 

  • Duration: 15 minutes. The audience will not be allowed to ask questions. There will be a space during the round table for questions and answers. 

Regular Oral: 

  • Duration: 15 minutes. including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time.  

Young Oral: 

  • Format: 10 minutes, including discussion with the audience. As context and theoretical concepts will be presented during plenary talks, please go straight to your work! 

 

General rules for oral contributions:  

  • The presentation format will be 16:9.  
  • To facilitate the development of the congress, please send it in advance to iseecap24@cicenergigune.com, both in .pptx and .pdf format.  
  • You may use the lectern microphone or the headset microphone. Please let us know your preference so everything can be prepared in advance. 

 

Poster: 

  • Optimal size: A0 (841mm × 1189mm). Fixation set will be provided. 
  • Format: no template will be defined, poster orientation must be portrait 
  • The poster will be handed to the organization at the time of accreditation. Your position will be informed at that time. 
  • Posters can be picked up at the registration desk on Friday 12th from 9 am. If you leave the congress earlier, please let us know when you need your poster and we will return it to you. 

  

 

NOTE: The schedule is tight, therefore we encourage all authors to strictly respect the allocated time. There are many breaks during the program where discussions with other colleagues can take place.
