Álvaro Abucide Armas finished his Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering degree at the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) in 2021. He made a 6-month lasting practices in Argolabe Ingeniería, SL, working on the application of Deep Learning techniques to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Subsequently, he completed his Master’s studies in Control, Automation and Robotics Engineering at the University of the Basque Country. His Master’s thesis was based on the intelligent design and simulation of fluid-dynamics systems in unsteady state through Deep Learning, which was defrayed by Siemens-Gamesa through the #Students4sustainability call.
He is currently working on his doctoral thesis at the University of the Basque Country in collaboration with CIC energiGUNE in the Electrochemical Energy Storage Area centered on Modelling and Computational Simulation.
