Amna Rafique obtained her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Pakistan in 2019 and worked for 1 year as a Graduate Assitant at UET Lahore. She started her Erasmus Mundus Master’s program in Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion (MESC+) in 2020 and studied in Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), University of Paul Sabatier (UPS-III) and University of Basque Country (UPV). She did her master’s research at ‘Laboratory of Reactivity and Chemistry of Solids(LRCS), France’ on “Synthesis and Crystal Chemistry of Wadsley-Roth-type negative electrodes” under the supervision of Prof. Christian Masqueilier and Dr. Jean-Noel Chotard. She joins CIC energiGUNE under DESTINY European Doctoral Program for “Design and development of interfaces for anode-less solid state batteries” under the supervision of Dr. PEDRO LOPEZ-ARANGUREN. She will conduct part of her doctoral research at LRCS, France.
