Andrés has a Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela, with experience in the energy valorization of waste through anaerobic digestion at both pilot and industrial scale. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Bioprocesses at the same university. He has worked as a Sustainability Technician in the food industry, managing a WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant), leading an energy valorization project, and participating in process optimization initiatives. This summer, he completed a research internship assisting in a project focused on the valorization of oils for the production of biopolymers.
