Artem Nikulin received his PhD degree in Technical Thermal Physics and Industrial Heat and Power Engineering in 2015 from Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, Ukraine. His PhD thesis was dedicated to investigations of thermophysical, thermodynamic and heat transfer properties of complex liquids as refrigerant/oil solutions and nanofluids. During that work he studied the combined effect of the component´s concentration and temperature on the density, saturated vapor pressure, surface tension, viscosity, thermal conductivity and pool boiling. Artem received his MSc degree in Thermal Physics from Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration of Ukraine in 2011. He has held a Post-Doctoral research for 2.5 years at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) in Lisbon (Portugal) in the area of nanofluid applications for single phase and two-phase heat transfer. His research interests focus on advanced materials for heat and mass transfer applications.
