Cristhian Camilo Pinzón Cárdenas completed his undergraduate studies in electronic engineering at the National University of Colombia (Bogotá, Colombia) in 2018.
His bachelor´s thesis involved the development of a PID control system, implemented via virtual instrumentation, for regulating temperature and monitoring pressure within a metal chamber. This research was oriented towards the fabrication of Perovskite MAPbI3 thin films through vacuum co-evaporation techniques.
Presently, he is undertaking a Master’s Degree in Control, Automation & Robotics at the University of Basque Country. Concurrently, he is engaged in an internship at CIC energiGUNE, where his work centers on the automation of a cathodic corrosion reactor utilized for the electrochemical synthesis of nanomaterials in the group “Electrochemical hydrogen technologies.”
