Iratxe Gonçalves Noa holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration and a Master in Management Development from Deusto Business School.

She has developed a significant part of her professional career at EROSKI, one of the main Spanish retailers. Over the years, she has held various roles, leading and developing cross-functional projects focused on organizational transformation and supplier negotiation in the areas of Product Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales.

In 2022, she joined Elkargi, a mutual guarantee society that facilitates access to financing for SMEs in the Basque Country, Navarre, and Madrid. As Corporate Director, she supported the implementation of the Strategic Plan 2022-2024, particularly in the areas of Training and Sustainable Finance.

In 2023, she joined CIC energiGUNE as Public Funding Manager, where her role involves managing and coordinating the organization´s publicly funded projects.
