Javier Perea is a graduate in Law, major in private and Company Law, from Deusto University. He holds a master´s degree in Corporate Insolvency from San Pablo-CEU University.

Before joining CIC energiGUNE, he worked as a lawyer in various multidisciplinary firms, in areas such as Employment Law, Business and Company Law and Insolvencies. Likewise, from 2013 to 2018, he established an online legal consultancy aimed at counselling entrepreneurs and stat-ups in trade, commercial, contracting and new technology law. As of 2018, he has worked as Manager of the Legal Department at Farmaconsulting Transacciones.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Alava.

In 2022, he joined CIC energiGUNE as a Legal Manager.
