Maica Morant-Miñana obtained her degree in Pharmacy (University of Valencia, 2002) and started her PhD in the Department of Organic Chemistry/ICMol under the supervision of Prof. Julia Pérez-Prieto and Raquel E. Galian. After the obtention of her PhD (November 2007), she joined the group of Prof. Mecking, University of Konstanz (Germany) as Postdoctoral Researcher. In 2011, she joined the Microsensors Unit of CIC microGUNE (Gipuzkoa). In 2015 she was Guest Researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz (Germany). In October 2015, she joined the Nanoengineering Group at CIC nanoGUNE. Currently, she is postdoctoral researcher in the device prototyping group at CIC energiGUNE. Her work intends to transform innovative materials into electrodes with excellent electrochemical performance.
