Mustafa holds a Chemical Engineering and a Biomedical Engineering Master´s degree from the University of the Basque Country.
His professional journey began in 2019 as a Chemical Engineer at Novattia Desarrollos, S.L. in Bizkaia, Spain, where he contributed to the design and testing of hydrocyclones for product separation.
Transitioning to an Environment Engineer role at IHOBE and ITC INTECA, Mustafa focused on circular economy studies and quality standards implementation.
In 2022, he briefly worked as a Sales and Commercial Engineer at Lanik and Glassline Industries in Doha, Qatar. Following this, he joined Leartiker Research Center in Spain as a Tissue Engineering Researcher, co-leading projects on alginate microgels synthesis for medical applications.
Mustafa is proficient in English, Spanish and Arabic enhancing his ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate effectively in scientific settings.
