Her professional experience begins in Madrid in 2019 in the third sector. With the arrival of the pandemic, she returned to her city, Hondarribia, and reconsidered where she wanted to develop her professional career. She has always been interested in labor law and dealing with people, so she ended up opting to specialize in Human Resources.

While she was studying, the opportunity arose to apply her studies in Grupo ATE as an HR consultant and later, as a consultant in public entities also in the same organization. Since then, she has devoted her professional future to people management.

  • HR consultant in public and private entities in selection, headhunting, job description, organizational manuals and people management. Employability trainer.
  • Consultant for public entities in the fields of Good Governance, the management of European Funds or the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.

• 2020-2021. ARNASA, Euskadi Cystic Fibrosis Association. Tasks: Internal communication, awareness, visibility, content creation, website management and social networks, invoice management, search/application/justification of subsidies...

• 2019-2020 FUNDACIÓN HAZLOPOSIBLE
  • Responsible for the Fundación Once project. Tasks: Coordinate the 2020 Activity Plan, Communication Plan, Training and Awareness Plan and Alliance Plan.
  • Responsible for projects in the Department of Corporate Volunteering. Tasks: Coordination and organization of social and/or environmental actions for companies. In charge of making the "match" between NGO and company.
