Tamara Cruz is a Strategy Consultant at CIC energiGUNE.
Before joining CIC energiGUNE, Tamara worked in Vienna as a Business Development Associate at an M&A advisory firm. In this role, she played a key part in expanding the firm´s international network, acquisition of new clients and driving growth across the Spanish, European, and LATAM markets. Prior to her time in Vienna, she was based in Brussels, contributing to a consultancy focused on research and innovation, where she specialized in marketing and communication for European projects.
Earlier in her career in Spain, Tamara worked in a startup accelerator, where she managed the marketing and networking events, led startup recruitment, and coordinated acceleration programs. This experience has given her deep insights into the Spanish startup ecosystem.
Tamara holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto and a Master´s degree in Digital Marketing.
