Ane Gondra Zarain graduated in 2023 with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Her final-year project focused on the preparation of layered oxides as cathode materials for Na-ion batteries, carried out in the Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry at UPV/EHU. She is currently pursuing the Erasmus Mundus International Master´s Program in Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion (MESC+), where she is in her second and final year. During this time, she completed a summer internship at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, focusing on NASICON-based cathode materials.
