Edurne Arteta completed her master’s degree in Industrial Engineering in 2017 at the School of Engineering of Bilbao (UPV/EHU), focusing on product design and manufacturing. During her last year she developed her master´s thesis at the Politecnico di Torino (Italy), where she worked developing methodologies for the implementation of collaborative robots in production lines.
She then began her internship in London developing digital solutions for UK manufacturers to increase productivity and scale up production. After 6 months, she joined HSSMI (London) where she worked as a manufacturing consultant developing projects in the area of electric vehicles and batteries. She supported the development of new processes and the design of production lines for cell, module and battery packs, assisting automotive OEMs in their strategies towards electrification.
