Koray received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Burgos in 2020. During this time, he spend one year at the University of Granada as well as carried out the Bachelor’s Thesis. This work was based on Raman-SEC spectroelectrochemistry technique for analytical purposes and meant the first touch with the research environment. Due to his interest and concern, he continued his studies in electrochemistry obtaining the Interuniversity Master in Electrochemistry. Science and Technology by the University of Burgos in 2021. Thanks to a lab technician position in the Electrochemistry Processes and Storage Systems Unit of the University of Burgos, he collaborated in a project focused on the cycle stability of aqueous organic redox flow batteries.
Nowadays, since February 2022, he is part of the CIC energiGUNE researcher’s team looking for new goals both for his professional and for personal development in the electrochemical energy storage sector.
